1. Scope of Services<\/h2>

Pro Esth\u00e9tique provides professional automotive care and protection services, including but not limited to:<\/p>

  • Car Detailing<\/p><\/li>

  • Paint Correction & Scratch Removal<\/p><\/li>

  • Ceramic Coating<\/p><\/li>

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)<\/p><\/li>

  • Window Tint<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    All services are performed based on the selected package and the vehicle\u2019s actual condition. Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and prior damage of the vehicle.<\/p>

    A final inspection may result in service adjustments if additional correction is required.<\/p>

    2. Vehicle Condition Acknowledgment<\/h2>

    By booking a service, the client acknowledges that:<\/p>

    • The vehicle may have pre-existing damage, scratches, rock chips, dents, repaint areas, or defects.<\/p><\/li>

    • Some imperfections cannot be completely removed.<\/p><\/li>

    • Paint correction may improve but not fully eliminate deep scratches or severe defects.<\/p><\/li>

    • Previously repainted panels may react differently to polishing, coating, or film installation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Pro Esth\u00e9tique is not responsible for issues related to prior repairs, poor repainting, or hidden defects.<\/p>

      3. Paint Protection Film (PPF) & Ceramic Coating Terms<\/h2>

      • Minor edge visibility, light stretch marks, or temporary moisture bubbles may occur and are considered normal.<\/p><\/li>

      • Small water bubbles may take several days to fully evaporate.<\/p><\/li>

      • Ceramic coating requires proper maintenance to preserve performance.<\/p><\/li>

      • Warranty (if provided) covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover improper washing, automatic car washes, chemicals, neglect, or accidents.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Window Tint Disclaimer<\/h2>

        • Minor dust particles or small water bubbles may appear and usually disappear within days.<\/p><\/li>

        • Windows must not be rolled down for at least 3\u20135 days after installation.<\/p><\/li>

        • The client is responsible for complying with Qu\u00e9bec tint laws.<\/p><\/li>

        • Pro Esth\u00e9tique is not responsible for tickets or legal issues related to tint percentage selection.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Pricing & Payments<\/h2>

          • All prices are estimates until the vehicle is inspected.<\/p><\/li>

          • Additional charges may apply depending on vehicle condition.<\/p><\/li>

          • Deposits (if required) are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment.<\/p><\/li>

          • Full payment is due upon completion of service.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            6. Appointments & Cancellations<\/h2>

            • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.<\/p><\/li>

            • No-shows may result in deposit loss.<\/p><\/li>

            • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              7. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

              • Clients must remove all personal belongings before service.<\/p><\/li>

              • Pro Esth\u00e9tique is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.<\/p><\/li>

              • We are not liable for mechanical failures, electrical issues, or pre-existing damage.<\/p><\/li>

              • We are not responsible for aftermarket parts or previously weakened paint.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                8. Warranty Terms<\/h2>

                Any warranty provided applies only under normal usage conditions and proper maintenance.<\/p>

                Warranty does not cover:<\/p>

                • Accidents<\/p><\/li>

                • Improper washing methods<\/p><\/li>

                • Automatic car washes<\/p><\/li>

                • Harsh chemicals<\/p><\/li>

                • Neglect<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  Proof of service may be required for warranty claims.<\/p>

                  9. Photo & Marketing Consent<\/h2>

                  Unless otherwise requested in writing, Pro Esth\u00e9tique may take photos of the vehicle before and after service for documentation and marketing purposes.<\/p>

                  10. Governing Law<\/h2>

                  This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Qu\u00e9bec, Canada.<\/p>
