Service agreement

1. Scope of Services

Pro Esthétique provides professional automotive care and protection services, including but not limited to:

  • Car Detailing

  • Paint Correction & Scratch Removal

  • Ceramic Coating

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

  • Window Tint

All services are performed based on the selected package and the vehicle’s actual condition. Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and prior damage of the vehicle.

A final inspection may result in service adjustments if additional correction is required.


2. Vehicle Condition Acknowledgment

By booking a service, the client acknowledges that:

  • The vehicle may have pre-existing damage, scratches, rock chips, dents, repaint areas, or defects.

  • Some imperfections cannot be completely removed.

  • Paint correction may improve but not fully eliminate deep scratches or severe defects.

  • Previously repainted panels may react differently to polishing, coating, or film installation.

Pro Esthétique is not responsible for issues related to prior repairs, poor repainting, or hidden defects.


3. Paint Protection Film (PPF) & Ceramic Coating Terms

  • Minor edge visibility, light stretch marks, or temporary moisture bubbles may occur and are considered normal.

  • Small water bubbles may take several days to fully evaporate.

  • Ceramic coating requires proper maintenance to preserve performance.

  • Warranty (if provided) covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover improper washing, automatic car washes, chemicals, neglect, or accidents.


4. Window Tint Disclaimer

  • Minor dust particles or small water bubbles may appear and usually disappear within days.

  • Windows must not be rolled down for at least 3–5 days after installation.

  • The client is responsible for complying with Québec tint laws.

  • Pro Esthétique is not responsible for tickets or legal issues related to tint percentage selection.


5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are estimates until the vehicle is inspected.

  • Additional charges may apply depending on vehicle condition.

  • Deposits (if required) are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service.


6. Appointments & Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • No-shows may result in deposit loss.

  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Clients must remove all personal belongings before service.

  • Pro Esthétique is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

  • We are not liable for mechanical failures, electrical issues, or pre-existing damage.

  • We are not responsible for aftermarket parts or previously weakened paint.


8. Warranty Terms

Any warranty provided applies only under normal usage conditions and proper maintenance.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidents

  • Improper washing methods

  • Automatic car washes

  • Harsh chemicals

  • Neglect

Proof of service may be required for warranty claims.


9. Photo & Marketing Consent

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Pro Esthétique may take photos of the vehicle before and after service for documentation and marketing purposes.


10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.

By booking a service, the client agrees to all terms stated above.
